The EX7000 Microwave Switching Subsystem provides an open platform COTS core that can be easily configured for a variety of custom applications.
With access to thousands of components and data sheets using VTI’s Broadband Integrated Design Wizard, a custom design can be defined and configured in less than one day. This represents a true paradigm shift away from design methodologies used in the past. The finished subsystem is supplied with complete documentation to simplify long-term support and ensure product reusability.

All EX7000 subsystems leverage LXI, the Ethernet-based instrumentation interface standard, to ensure the highest level of connectivity and performance. An application-specific graphical user interface (GUI) is automatically generated from the design documents and ready for out-of-the-box operation with any web browser worldwide. Additionally, path-level instrument drivers based on the IVI-COM and IVI-C classes eliminate the need for custom software driver development and testing.
